Resep; menu sehat untuk Makan Siang

1 porsi
1 sachet nasi kongbap 25 gram
1 buah terong ungu ukuran sedang, cuci, potong jadi 4
1 buah labu siam bayi, cuci, potong jadi 4, kukus sampai matang
1 butir telur ayam, kocok, beri lada dan dibuat scramble egg
2 siung bawang merah, kupas, iris
1 siung bawang putih, kupas, geprek, iris
Sedikit kecap manis
Sedikit saos tiram
Sejumput lada


  1. Masak nasi kongbap dengan air secukupnya di magic com sampai matang, lalu sisihkan. Bisa untuk 2 kali makan.
  2. Panaskan teflon, beri sedikit mentega, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih, masukkan potongan terong, beri lada, kecap dan saos tiram. Aduk dan masak sampai lunak dan matang
  3. Sajikan terong tumis dengan nasi kongbap, scramble egg dan labu siam kukus. Kebetulan ada jambu biji petik dari pekarangan. Makan siang lengkap, mudah, sehat dan enak
