Resep ; Lontong Banjar

500 gr nangka
5 buah ceker cuci
6 kacang panjang potong”
1200 ml santan
bila suka Penyedap
12 bawang merah(haluskan)
6 bawang putih(haluskan)
5 kemiri(haluskan)
Sedikit terasi
1/2 sdm ketumbar sangrai(haluskan)
3 cm jahe(haluskan)
3 cm kunyit(haluskan)
2 cabe merah besar(haluskan)
Gula merah,garam
Sepotong lengkuas (geprek)
1 serai memarkan
2 lembar daun salam


  1. Tumis bumbu halus smp harum masukkan sere daun salam dan lengkuas tumis smp layu. Masukkan ceker aduk rata masukkan nangka
  2. Beri santan gula garam dan penyedap bila suka,tambahkan santan tunggu smp mendidih masukkan kacang panjang didihkan lagi cek rasa. Setelah matang dan ceker empuk matikan api
  3. Sajikan untuk kuah lontong bersama telur masak habang atau telur bumbu bali dg taburan bawang goreng yummy
